When we ship: Usually within 3-5 business days of purchase (Wood and specialty products, please allow 10-12 working days.)
Returns/Exchanges:
All returns must have a Return Authorization Number (RA#) before they will be processed for a refund or exchange. To receive a RA# please email us @ MPnetInfo@musicpersonalized.net and we will provide you with a RA# for your return/exchange.
When you receive your RA#, you will also receive instructions on what to do next. If you have any questions or comments please email us @ MPnetInfo@musicpersonalized.net
Refunds: When we issue you a refund, the amount of the item(s), will be credited to the credit card used within 7 business days. We will not credit shipping costs if this is a return due to your error.
